Refund and Returns Policy

At Shirt The System, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Return Window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.

Eligible Items

Returns are accepted for:

• New, unworn products with tags and original packaging intact
• Products with defects from our Print-On-Demand provider

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

Please email us at sayit@shirtthesystem.shop with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.

Non-Refundable Items

Currently, all products are refundable if they meet the above conditions.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 48 hours. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Note: We recommend using a tracked shipping service to return items, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
